For some, Spirituality is synonymous with traditional religions such as Christianity, Hinduism, Islam or Buddhism, while for others it relates primarily to the quality of personal relationships, a sense of completeness, wholeness, love for nature and connection to The “One Being”. If we want to feel truly alive and open to life’s opportunities we need to look carefully at our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
