Churches blown in Nigeria, pure hatred, name of Islam should not be used as excuse (5 posts)

    Allah (SWT) is commanded us to stand for justice but we (Muslims) silence when injustice done to mankind in the name of Islam. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran: “O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah as witnesses to fair dealings and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just, that is next to piety. Fear Allah, indeed Allah is well-acquainted with all that you do.” (5:8).

    What excuse would there be for those people who are blowing up churches full of incent people including children and women when in fact any place of warship is protected in time of war let alone in time of peace.

    This is a crime against humanity and is crime against basic principles of Islam. It’s duty of all Muslim to denounce this type of ignorant people who are using Islam as an excuse for their hatred.

    This is my opinion as Muslim, but would like to see the opinion and condemnation of Muslim Scholars.

    Dear Brother Khalid,

    You are right, but how can you say that Muslims have done it? The WTC were destroyed and the blame was put on Muslims and this as excuse Afghanistan was raided and all of us know what has been happening since then. The Kuffar they do things and blame it on Muslims. What proof do we have to come to conclusions and accept the blame? This attitude of ours to take the blame without any proofs has cost us thousands of INNOCENT MUSLIM LIVES. We lost thousands of parents, children, women have been raped, and massacre of Muslims for what Muslims have not done at all. Please my dear brother don’t blame it on Muslims unless you have sound proof. The media is controlled by the Kuffar they will feed you with what they feel right. Allah says in Surah Al Hujurat that if a Fasiq brings news check it or else we may harm someone without reason. Here the news are brought to us by not a Fasiq but a Kaafir. Then how come we accept thier say?

    assalam.dear brother khalid i just saw what u say about what muslims do in nigeria that is blowing a bomb on christmas day i dont blame u at all that what u hard .u ar not a nigerian but i am a nigerian infact a muslim.to tell u the truth muslims doesnt know any thing about its the christians who ar doing it just to make the world hate muslims and islam.i never seen a real gun my father never seen a real so as my grand father.this how it was to all muslims in nigeria those who never seen a real gun how can we get access to bomb.people here ar strogling to feed them selfs even once a day.muslims in nigeria dont have time and energy to kill or bomb any body.allah will judge between us

    I am not saying it was done by a Muslim, Allah knows who was behind this. What I am saying is we should denounce this kind of act. It’s in violation of Allah’s law and the teaching of our prophet (SAW). We should stand for what is right and forbid what is wrong as Allah told us in the Quran. “You are the best of people ever raised up for mankind, you enjoin what is right, and forbid what is wrong, and you believe in Allah” 3:110
    We are the best of all Umah that created because we enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, that should be our mission as believers. Those who try to humiliate Muslim, we should say to them, people before you try to humiliate prophets and we should see you on your doom day and those who try to destroy Islam our Lord and your Lord says “They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths but Allah will perfect His light, though the unbelievers may be averse.” 61:8

    You seem to be confused. Your title and the first post in this regard portray that you are showing Muslims as the culprits in this issue. And your latest post speaks opposite to the earlier one. Your stance that we as Muslims must denounce these acts is correct. But could you explain what do you mean by your words: “Those who try to humiliate Muslim, we should say to them, people before you try to humiliate prophets and we should see you on your doom day ”
