Story of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) part 6

Relations among sons of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) were growing bad with time. A time came when Cain decided to murder his brother Abel on basis of jealousy and envy. Desired of Cain showed him that it is fine to kill his brother and he became a loser. The act of murder of Abel by Cain is told by Hazrat Muhammad in such a way that Cain used iron in the form of a piece and hit Abel on head.

It is also said that Abel was sleeping when Cain attacked him with iron. A crow was sent to guide Cain to hide the dead body of Abel. He felt shamed and regretted as he was not able to do it without the support of crow. It was a big shock for Hazrat Adam (A.S.) as he lost his both sons. Time passed and many more kids were given to Hazrat Adam (A.S.) from Allah (S.W.T.).

He taught them about the tricks of Satan and guided them so that they could remain save from that enemy. Kids of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) spread on different parts of the world and promoted life with time. Hazrat Adam (A.S.) told his children about his personal encounter with Satan and guided them to remain alert so that they could remain safe from bad tricks of Satan.

Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was shown all the humanity and he liked the beautiful light in eyes of Hazrat Daud (A.S.). He started to love his eyes and requested to Allah (S.W.T.) to give forty years from his own life. The request of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was granted by Allah (S.W.T.). Total life granted to Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was 1000 years. When the gift of 40 years was given to Hazrat Daud (A.S.) then the angel of death arrived at the age of 960 years.

Hazrat Adam (A.S.) said that 40 years are left in his life but the angel of death reminded him about the gift of 40 years to Hazrat Daud (A.S.). Hazrat Adam (A.S.) denied that gift as he forgot that he gave 40 years to his descendant Hazrat Daud (A.S.). It is in the nature of humans that they forget and deny. Hazrat Adam (A.S.) completely forgot the gift of 40 years of his life therefore he denied but he had not lied.

Allah (S.W.T.) forgave him and he died in order to submit to the will of Allah (S.W.T.). Angels washed the body of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) for an odd number of times and buried him. Hazrat Adam (A.S.) guided his children before his death that guidance will keep on coming from Allah (S.W.T.) and all prophets will teach to worship only one Allah (S.W.T.). Seth was appointed as the successor of Hazrat Adam (A.S.) on his death.

In this manner the beginning of humanity took place from Hazrat Adam (A.S.) and the system of guidance was also started. Allah (S.W.T.) guided humans about all the details and results of their actions. Hazrat Adam (A.S.) was given a big task to start the teachings of Allah (S.W.T.) on earth. He completed that task with support of Allah (S.W.T.). He had all the qualities which the mankind has in parts as these are obvious from their actions.
